One pretty alarming fact refers to the situation of this field of economy on our continent, where increasing number of factories and other such places are either closed or the number of people employed is substantially reduced. The reason why it happens is not related to the fact that there is no demand for products used for instance in the building industry. It rather means that compared with other countries European economies are no longer that interesting for the investors.
The reason why this kind situations take place is connected, firstly, with the fact that diverse countries like China become increasingly attractive concerning places where growing amount of money is invested is that it guarantees relatively interesting labor costs. The reason why they are that low is related to the fact that China is a country, with the highest number of citizens on Earth. Hence, industry there has amazing conditions for development. This explains why more and more Chinese enterprises produce for instance elements from steel.
To sum up, Chinese companies are the most likely to remain the most competitive in the future in the field of industry. Nonetheless, also European enterprises as those that are the most innovative and might provide know-how that is inevitable to remain effective, have meaningful role to play in the future. That’s the reason why, the future of this topic can be quite interesting and belongs to the most important areas analyzed by specialists from all over the world.
