Have you ever before wondered what are biggest devices that are used on the daily basis in several areas of industry? It looks that we will be really astonished by the hugeness of some of those creatures.

If we would like to dig a little bit deeper with this topic, we all should concentrate on the mining machines. Why? It’s because mining industry is full of such spectacular items. One of those is Bagger 293 – totally powerful machine, located in Germany and used inside the coal mine. This specific monster is 96 meters high and 225 meters tall and it requires five individuals to run it. What is really interesting, it is not a stationary machine – this monster can move, but because of its dimension and weight the velocity is merely 0,5 km/h.
A different one – named Overburden Bridge F60, it is the world’s greatest machine which moves on its own. Here is the kicker – it is 60 meters high, five hundred two meters long and 240 meters wide! Can anybody imagine such giant? It is just mind blowing, isn’t it? And as we mentioned earlier, it can ride on its own – the speed is only 0,78 km/h, though. This particular machine is utilized as a conveyor inside one of the German open-pit mines. And now something for those who like huge vehicles.
Do you know the machine called Trex RH400? It is the world’s biggest movable excavators. Wonder what size it is – well, ten meters high and one thousand ton weight. Sounds heavy, right? It can move 85 tons of the exploration output at once.
